  1. I often feel like quitting. I just got back after a two week break and the inner voice was trying to sabotage it. It sounds like all the skills youve been learning really helped you, Rayne. Thats great. Phydical activity is a good antidote. A friend of mine with anxiety depression and destructive inner voices took up kick boxing she says it really helps.

    • I used to do Muay Thai (similar to kickboxing, but more “advanced” you could say) and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). I loved my Muay Thai, but had to move and couldn’t afford to continue it in the new place. 😦 I miss it though.
