Fab article!! There have been several lately on the almost entire Doing away with the DSM diagnostic in favour of thinking of BPD as the manifestation of trauma, but I think this piece gets at it best. Thanks for sharing!

I’ve a personality disorder from my history of abuse, though I doubt it’s BPD. The stigma against personality disorders in so very strong.

Appreciated this article so much. Definitely going to use the bathtub metaphor to my team. I felt like I relate to that feeling so deeply. I love seeing clinicians who truly care and see people as more of a diagnosis, thank you for sharing this!
