I hope you consult your therapist and others who might support you. You have been in episodes like this before. For some reason you didn’t give in to it. Perhaps you know what it was that sustained you and still might.
I don’t have others to support me. I’ve tried reaching out, but am not even acknowledged. No one gives a shit. I’m seeing my therapist less, and she doesn’t reply to me (messages take days to go through). and boundaries (I’m not her responsibility).
Well, some of us at great distance are supporting you in the way we can. I am rooting for you in any case. As I’ve said, you have survived and grown before. Whatever was then inside of you probably still is. Other government services may also be available to tide you over.

If one gives into it, I might agree. If it is seen as a temporary low point, it is simply a weigh station before one returns to the journey.

It doesn’t help when it’s a constant thing. When life hardly ever gets better. There’s just no point.
